We work mission based, developing solutions aiming for social sustainability
Citizen engagement fosters transparency and accountability, enhancing trust between the government and the governed. Ultimately, harnessing insights from citizen engagement not only strengthens democratic institutions but also drives sustainable development and social progress. However, today's practice within participation is making it hard to connect citizen insights and perspectives to statistics and political goals and actions.
By focusing on a citizen-driven and data-driven process, we can both listen to citizens' needs and help organizations respond to requirements for reporting on social sustainability, like the EU Sustainability Reporting requirements.
Based on standards, built for practice
People-based approaches are an important tool to bring lived experiences, especially from marginalised communities, to complement the data driven decision-making process at all levels of government.
Our Community Engagement Taxonomy (CET) are used by organizations to align people based and data based approaches. This taxonomy categorize and organize citizen input, making it easier for policymakers to identify trends, prioritize issues, and develop targeted solutions.
